The member journey, end to end
From the first invite to an active membership
The problem
A growing paid network needed a smooth application and onboarding, memberships that bill correctly, a CRM in sync with the product and tools for the team to run the community.
What I did
- Built the member journey. The application, onboarding and the form builder, from the first invite to an active membership.
- Built memberships and referrals. Stripe billing with gifts, cancellations and card changes, referral rewards, and the HubSpot sync with its email sequences.
- Built the community and the admin tools. Featured questions, member spotlight and task lists; admin impersonation, two-factor sign-in and security alerts.
