Connect, upgrade and manage each app
The problem
A phone platform is more useful when it works with the tools customers already use, and healthcare customers can’t use it until it meets HIPAA.
What I did
- Built the apps marketplace. Connect, disconnect and upgrade-to-buy flows for integrations like NexHealth, Jobber and HubSpot.
- Built the account flows. Signup, the setup assistant with product analytics, messaging and account preferences, plus the HIPAA screens healthcare accounts need.
- Worked inside their team. Their process and reviews, tests with Jest, and urgent release fixes.
Result Healthcare customers can use the platform, and apps connect in a few clicks.
