The problem

Evaluations, attendance, enrolment and payments lived in separate systems and on paper. Students and teachers needed one place, on their phones.

Designed it. The intranet and the Mi Sitio UP apps, screen by screen.
Built the core. Teacher evaluations with a reusable question bank, attendance, teacher clock-ins, exams and grades, enrolment, class change requests, announcements with read receipts and student balances.
Connected it. Online payments with Bancard, Moodle, the library, reports in PDF and Excel, push notifications, and separate apps for students and teachers.

Result Every student and teacher in one app, on web, iOS and Android.
